KristinE + Eric ZOSTant - Owner/operators

Kristine has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry.  Her self-confidence and ability to deliver are a great combination. She loves great food and has great taste.

Growing up with an Italian grandmother, food and family always went hand in hand. Kristine wants to bring that feeling of family to Rome + Fig.

Kristine is regarded as one of Tampa’s finest bartenders by her peers and guests alike. Her smile lights up any room as you will quickly find out when you have the pleasure to meet her.

A former teacher, Kristine has a knack for motivating people to do their very best. This exceptional ability to motivate has been the catalyst for the creation of Rome + Fig.

Eric has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry.  He is passionate about good food, good value, and delivering exceptional service every time. 

Eric got his start in restaurants as a busboy at the age of 17 and has since been a corporate trainer, head server, head bartender, and manager.  It has been a life-long dream to open his own restaurant.

Not always conventional in his thinking, Eric prides himself on being an innovator; A trend-setter, not a trend-follower.
